Lenora Edwards and DTB Horizons (herein referred to as “DTB Horizons”) agree to provide the services of The BEFREE Method (herein referred to as "the Program"). Participants agree to abide by all policies, procedures, and terms as a condition of their participation in the Program.

Participants acknowledge that neither Lenora Edwards, DTB Horizons, [SHINE Your Light: Flipping the Script from Negative to Positive Self-Talk], their affiliates, nor any of their respective third parties or licensors warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from this program as to the timeliness, sequence, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or content of any information or service provided through the program.

Participants understand that [SHINE Your Light: Flipping the Script from Negative to Positive Self-Talk] does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your results of any kind. Participants agree that their results are dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, skill, knowledge, participation, dedication, and acumen to the content provided in the [SHINE Your Light: Flipping the Script from Negative to Positive Self-Talk].

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of this program, and the transformational content provided, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued, and program access is non-transferable.

Participants are responsible for full payment of program fees, whether the program is completed or not. If paying in installments, you are legally responsible for completing all payments. Failure to do so may result in restricted access to the Program and may be sent to collections.

Participants agree not to disclose, record, or distribute any confidential information shared within the program, coaching sessions, or community platforms. This includes but is not limited to personal stories, strategies, or materials provided by DTB Horizons and its participants.

All materials provided in the Program are proprietary to DTB Horizons and are for individual use only. This includes videos, worksheets, PDFs, transcripts, and coaching tools.

Participants are granted a single-user license for personal use. Reproduction, resale, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited and enforceable by law.

The purchase of the BEFREE Method does not grant the participant any ownership or license to teach, distribute, or repackage the Program. All intellectual property remains solely with DTB Horizons.

The BEFREE Method is designed to support emotional transformation around food, body image, and self-leadership. However, participants are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes. This is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.

Participants agree that DTB Horizons may use photographs, testimonials, written submissions, and recordings in connection with the Program for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. You waive any right to royalties or compensation for such use.

By purchasing and participating in The BEFREE Method, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms above in full.

Although these services provide valuable benefit and assistance to one’s well-being, personal care and progress, they are not a substitute for psychological services, or medical treatment and care. Please consult with your therapist and/or physician before proceeding with these services. I support the coordination of services for a client that is under the supervision of a therapist and/or physician.
